As the responsible party of the above named Jr Rodeo entry in the City of Manti
for the Sanpete County Fair, I hereby release Sanpete County,
Sanpete County Fair board, parade committee, and all other individuals
affiliated with the organization of any fault or liability should
accident or injury occur. I understand that my participation is strictly
voluntary and I accept full responsibility for any damages or harm that
may occur due to my actions or the actions of those represented in this
entry in the Jr Rodeo.
